Join EcoFlow to work with diverse professionals, face new challenges, and grow your career. We are seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer , full-time and remote from Italy.
- Support business development through roadshows and workshops.
- Act as the technical expert during sales pitches and meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, demonstrating technical expertise and understanding client needs.
- Prepare technical materials and presentations for pre-sales support.
- Provide product training and ensure partners understand EcoFlow's USPs.
- Gather feedback from clients and partners to improve products.
- Assist partners in customizing solutions for commercial success.
Your profile includes:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering, preferably electrical engineering or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sale technical support, preferably in residential energy storage.
- Self-driven, proactive, able to work independently and in teams.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer-facing roles and delivering training.
- Ability to understand customer needs and find solutions independently.
- Interest and passion for the industry, with a willingness to learn and adapt rapidly.
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
