to support us at our upcoming

Innovation Roundtable Workshop hosted by Kilometro Rosso and Confindustria Bergamo on 17 June 2025 in Bergamo .

As a volunteer, you will work closely with our Event Manager and play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of the event. You will also have the unique opportunity to attend selected presentations that are normally reserved for corporate executives.

Your main responsibilities will include:



Assisting with check-in and registration Providing information and directions to attendees Helping set up meeting rooms throughout the day Collecting materials and notes from discussion sessions Supporting the event team with ad hoc tasks

What we’re looking for: Fluent English skills A proactive, professional attitude Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, or a recent graduate
