Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for profiles interested in undertaking a new stimulating job opportunity. You’ll analyze and manage project’s risks, deadlines and time schedule as well as perform administration and back office activities. You’ll plan,
define and monitor company strategies in order to achieve the goals. In this role, your contributions and leadership will be vital to provide high quality to our customers. As incident manager, you are responsible for solving It infrastructure issues, for restoring normal service operation as quickly as possible to minimize the impact to business operations. You'll receive, record and manage incidents opened with professional Knowledge and problem determination.
