Responsible for all the client's Business Processes: ensures compliance with Infor. Makes sure that the Process changes get approved and reflected into LN. Makes sure the Processes get followed by the Business Community and reports deviations to the ManagementInfor Italy Super User: Acts as a focal point for the Italian Infor Community solving problems, managing potential esclations, and advising on the content of the variuos processesSibex Country specific report developer and Country focal point for troubleshooting: develop reports as requested and supports the Local ManagementResponsible for the italian-related systems (Electronic Invoices, Deustche Bank, Personnel Time Attendance, Physical Security, IP phones,
Printer-related software,..). Makes sure all the software installed is up to date, works efficiently, manages the external vendors.Supports all the IT systems (Corporate and Country-specific) as Local Help Desk function.
