Do you want to define the next generation of voice AI for the connected car? Leveraging Cerence’s unique position in voice and working with all global car brands , you will drive innovation to make the automotive journey safer and more enjoyable , aligned with autonomous driving and car sharing trends. The Cerence cloud platform delivers voice UI solutions for navigation, music, weather, restaurants, fuel , and other infotainment domains . As a product manager for the Cerence cloud platform you will deliver new domains and improve existing ones. You will oversee the roadmap for cross-domain features like proactive notification , advanced dialog, multi-modal interaction , and search .
You will leverage your experience in delivering SaaS to ensure best practices in security , speed of innovation, configurability, cost management, and pricing. The ideal candidate to join our team is smart, fast, result driven, passionate about the customer experience , expert in AI and SaaS, and a n outstanding cross-functional project manager. Responsibilities Define , execute , and refine product strategy for Cerence cloud features Track competitive strengths and weaknesses Engage with customers to develop product improvements, new features, and customizations Drive product roadmap and innovation features with R&D; Improve processes with professional services, program management, and R&D; Write user stories and technical requirements Create product documentation and collaterals Present innovation features to customers and sales Manage portfolio aspects and consistency of product offering across domains and languages Use a metrics based approach to prioritize R&D; activities Requirements MSc in business or computer science Several years of experience in product management or as an R&D; d irector Experience in natural language processing and speech technology Excellent speaking and writing skills in English Ability to plan your work, motivate your approach to different stakeholders, and adjust based on feedbacks Cerence Inc.
