Our client, a very exciting pre IPO, global computer software company, based in Rome are currently hiring for a remoteItalian and Spanish Speaking - Business Development Representativein Rome.
Position our Platform as the preferred Integration and Development platform for rapid application development to potential clients
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Set and execute on a cadence of phone, email and social communications to build a pipeline of qualified opportunities within large organizations
Prospect and identify key executives at target companies
Promptly follow-up and qualify leads
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate solutions
Build up and expand an internal and external network of relationships, especially with customers, prospect companies, and other partners
Drive sales through targeted market activities and follow up by executing quality QBRs
Manage, track and report sales activities and results using the internal CRM
Work with our Go-to-Market team to create an effective lead generation, pipeline development and revenue generation approach appropriate for current market conditions
Report on trends and information discovered during the prospecting and qualification process. Coordinate marketing activities with the Marketing team.
3+ years of BDR experience
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
Ability to understand customer needs and meet that need
Good time management with strong organizational skills
Fluent in Italian + Spanish
This is a full time, remote, permanent employed position.
