Job Description
We are buy a bike ltd company based in Italy. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator/ PA.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a diverse and fast paced environment where responsibilities will vary depending on the needs of the business.
The ideal candidate will
Have 1-2 years experience working in a professional, construction related admin role
Have excellent communication & organisational skills
Be organised, enthusiastic and motivated
Fully Computer and office literate
Be able to work to deadlines
Be comfortable working on a number of different duties / projects at any one time
Have ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment
Understanding of the need to achieve deadlines
Responsibilities will include
General administration
Inbound and outbound telephone calls and emails
Pre-meeting of files/documents for business meetings
Administration of client files
Management and progression of pipeline business
Managing meetings schedules / attendees
Regular monitoring of project actions / tasks due from others
