IGT has over 12,000 employees. Responsibilities Manage pool of developers for customer delivery projects: Plan the assignments to specific projects based on backlog, budget,
functionalities and skills required Manage developers’ roles and accesses to IGT systems Manage resources’ time tracking Evaluates current and future projects’ capacity needs and manages recruiting and replacements accordingly Manage the L3 on-call support rotation according to Service Management requests Collaborates closely with product R&D; team and Plans trainings for delivery team to be up to date with latest software version Plans for possible rotations of developers between product and project teams Requests Product Architect support when more in-depth product skills are required Manages projects’ backlog by prioritizing tickets that should be addressed at product level Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects and other project stakeholders Qualifications At least 3 years of experience managing development teams At least 3 years of experience in software development High level knowledge of technical aspects (e.g. Java, Networking, Database, etc.) Experience in Agile development process Fluency in English Professional Experience/Seniority: At least 3 years of experience leading development teams and a technical background from previous software development experience Keys to Success • Building collaborative relationships • Decision making • Drive results • Foster innovation • Personal energy • Self-leadership IGT is committed to sustaining a workforce that reflects the diversity of the global customers and communities we serve, and to creating a fair and inclusive culture that enables all our employees to feel valued, respected and engaged.
