Description Our client is a Global Textile Solutions Provider and one of the world's leading innovators in manufacturing synthetic and recycled performance fibres . We are looking for a Brand Sales Manager, Italy and Eastern Europe that will report to the Director of Brand Sales, EMEA. As the Brand Sales Manager, Italy and Eastern Europe, the candidate will be a critical member of the brand sales team who sells concepts, ideas, technologies and innovations to brands and retailers . He/she will be the main contact point for sustainability managers, designers, product developers and buyers, collaborating with them to further grow the market share of Client's products within the brands and retailers’ collections. In addition,



will manage sales of products made in Client's global manufacturing locations, especially in Asia, to textile mills in the region. In this role, the candidate will not only manage existing clients but drive new business opportunities with an increasing number of clients. With support from the teams at company’s manufacturing locations, at all levels of the organization, will manage the sales process to ensure product is manufactured and delivered, as well as provide support to handle necessary trade documentation. He/she will also be responsible for forecasting and budgeting. We will look for a dynamic and entrepreneurial professional with vast experience in the textile industry in a sales role in the Italian market . He/she will have his own client portfolio . The candidate will be accountable for the development and maintenance of customer relationships and establish privileged contacts with key stakeholders within customers’ organisations. Customers are both brands/retailers as well as Tier 2, Tier 3 mills in the apparel textile supply chain. In addition, the candidate will have a keen interest in identifying and developing new opportunities inside and outside of the apparel sector to further the company’s growth objectives. The candidate will have a passion to motivate and convince, a strong belief in sustainable causes and the ability to work independently and manage his/her own agenda, expecting frequent travel nationally and internationally. Take responsibility and accountability for an existing client portfolio, developing and maintaining business with those existing accounts Manage customer acquisition with target accounts Identify new commercial opportunities, winning new customers Prepare and deliver presentations to clients in Italian Collaborate with different teams in various locations (Asia, Turkey and USA) Prepare annual sales budgets and reviews Ensure all Client's global sales policies, processes and guidelines are adhered to Requirements Education: preferably technical studies At least 5 years of experience in the textile industry, preferably in the yarn or synthetics business Existing personal network in the textile business in the southern Europe region Good knowledge of synthetic fibres and yarns Prior experience dealing with large brands and retailers a plus Knowledge and ability in defining and implementing marketing initiatives and programs Experience in leading client presentations, managing projects and deal execution Languages: native Italian speaker, with good knowledge in English Proficient in common software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as communications tools, Zoom and Teams especially. Ability to build long-term, professional relationships that add value to our clients and contribute to the growth of our business. Strong social and communications skills. Self-Starter able to work from home in a dedicated environment, as well as a nomad environment when travelling. Benefits Home based (pref.
