HR Manager (Gemonio, Italy) - Onsite Location: Onsite - plant is in Gemonio, close to Busto Arsizio, Gallarate, Varese. Purpose: HR Manager dedicated to the Stanley Black & Decker manufacturing plant, located in Gemonio. Direct Business partner to the Plant Manager, who is also the legal representative of the company.
Responsibilities Autonomously align the HR policies to support local business and organization; Support the performance review by creating several review moments over the year and helping managers creating potential action plans with their collaborators where needed; Support the management team in the development, engagement and motivation of employees, especially through CSR activities; Cooperate with the Leadership Team to identify waste areas, trying to upskill employees and to give constructive feedback to increase the understanding of cultural and organizational change; Coordinate with the Payroll office for employment, transfer and dismissal letters, as well as for the annual review of labor costs (e.g. salary review, welfare and so on); Based on specific needs, manage industrial relations with local works council; Align with lawyers and consultants where needed; Analyse training needs an develops training plans through Plant budget or government funds; Promote an inclusive environment, focusing on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I;) to decrease the risk of discriminatory behaviours and to promote open-mindedness; Review and manage the SA8000:2014 certification; Requirements Higher Degree –, preferred: Law, Psychology, Human Resources, Finance or other relevant Min 3 y. experience in Human Resources, including as HR Generalist, HR Business Partner. Required: understanding of Italian legislation as related to HR. Advantage: previous HR Manager experience Advantage: experience in an industrial manufacturing background Strong Italian and good English language level, good presentation skills, excellent communicator.
