3-6 months but we are happy to hire for a full time role.Salary range : 14k-18k PLN + VAT / monthRequirementsExtensive experience as an Android developer, designing and implementing software solutions using Kotlin or Java (preferably both!)Experienced in test-driven development, using unit tests and behaviour tests.Practical experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery techniques and toolchains - we use BitriseFamiliar with test frameworks including Espresso and AppiumFamiliarity with secure coding best practicesPrevious leadership experience, managing/mentoring and motivating others to improveAbility to drive the development forward and being able to translate business requirements into pragmatic solutionsA passion for constantly improving your own knowledge and skills as well as improving processes for your organisationExpert-level knowledge of using git-based source control (*we use Bitbucket)Proficiency with Googles app submission processThe confidence to work in a client-facing roleWriting code that follows SOLID principles, platform-specific conventions and common design patternsSkilled in securing data in transit and at rest using a variety of encryption techniques An understanding of architectural choices, including the trade-offs for eachKnowledge of Scrum or Kanban
