A REGULAR DAY AT WORK AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESThe role is to support, develop and promote the EPS principles and system within all the Professional plants. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Drive the EPS deployment across factories and functionsInvolve people leading and co-ordinating workshops and activities related to continuous improvement in a multicultural environment Train support and coach plant EPS trainers and sponsors in the Kaizen approach Conducting site wide EPS audits and compiling progress data and reports Be the promoter of internal best practice Support World Class Manufacturing activities using Lean Production techniques and a Kaizen approach deployed through the Electrolux Professional Production System (EPS) Co-drive the EPS Cultural Change YOU Passionate in the EPS/WCM as the way to get business results and develop Electrolux Professional towards a World Class Organization.Able to promote the team work and influence the organizationAble to research, identify losses, and implement processes to correctExcellent communications skillsExcellent problem solvingOpen minded Detail oriented EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE University DegreeA minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.Continuous improvement and lean production experience Passion in the EPS Ability to promote team work Skill in training and coaching colleaguesGood command of written and spoken of English Knowledge of French and/or German will be considered a plus Please apply by: 31.05.2022All positions are open to disadvantaged categories as per L.68/99
