Job Description8! Thats the number of the biosimilars already on the market and strong is the pipeline in new incoming TAs which is positioning Sandoz, a Novartis Division, as a leader in biosimilar medicines here to stay.We are looking for a Brand Manager Biosimilars, for our Biosimilars and Hospital BU, with previous experience in Hospital and Specialties market. The Brand Manager Biosimilars is responsible for the development and implementation of cross-functional strategic plans for the on the market products portfolio and is responsible to prepare the market for incoming launches in new therapeutic areas,

in collaboration with local and Global / Regional teams.The purpose of this role is to define the product strategy in agreement with local management and global marketing department, and implement supporting tactical plans/projects.Responsibilities:Develops brand strategy, promotional campaigns & tactical plans within marketing budgetsPrepares content of Integrated Brand Teams and Launch Teams.Runs market research programs & market insights for responsible brand and monitors/anticipates market developmentResponsible for execution, monitoring and analysis of the agreed tactical plans in orderto ensure the growth of the brand(s)Lead the cross-functional local/regional brand Team, incl. coordination of Integrated Product Strategy Plan, and monitoring the execution of objectivesLead the development of promotional activities in line with internal SOPs and Code of Conduct guidelines.Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts and expenses and assess the marketing mix of the product to evaluate cost effectiveness and results.Identifies area market insights and opportunity via customer interactionsExecutes central marketing activities as well as regional initiated marketing activitiesMonitors product performance and external environment using appropriate tools and taking corrective action if required to meet business objectivesWithin assigned territory, develop business through specific projects and services and initiatives at center / hospital / ASL / territorial outpatient clinic level. Map keyservices to patients (patient support program) offered inside and outside of key hospital centers (competition, etc...).
