Descripcin del puesto:Product Validation Engineer As a Product Engineer at Allegro you will be a part of a development team for new mixed signal semiconductor devices in our Sensor/PIC portfolio. You will lead evaluation and validation of the product performance to the spec throughout development process.Your responsibilities include * Definition of the test and evaluation plan for the product * Development of evaluation tools and fixtures to allow execution of the evaluation * Performing bench evaluation and characterization of the products in the lab * Compilation of results from multiple development functions/organizations into a single product evaluation report * Development of qualification plan to verify adequate test and stress coverageQualification and requirements * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering * Minimum of 2 years of related experience, ideally involving IC test * Working knowledge of analog/digital circuit design * Knowledge of lab equipment and software automation * Working knowledge of statistics * Strong communication skillsAn ideal candidate has good decision making skills, problem solving skills, be able to develop working knowledge in multiple areas of product development, be able to collaborate with multiple functions.
