For our client, a leading international company in the luxury furniture sector, we are looking for an Territory Sales Manager reporting to the Sales Director, to work as a brand representative in the retail and prescription channel in the Center of Italy. The main objectives are to identify and subsequently manage projects in the assigned area, including travel in the assigned area.
? Promotion and sales of the brand in the retail channel (design furniture studios, interior
design, architecture and interior design offices).
? Sales and project management.
? Training and informing the assigned account portfolio, made up of specifiers (architects
& interior designers) and retailers / sales outlets.
? Updating and management of promotional and sales tools in the assigned portfolio.
? Identification and management of business opportunities (projects).
? Coordination with the company's departments in HQ.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
? Higher education, either higher education or vocational training. Other branches also possible.
? Ideal technical profile: architect, interior designer, technical training.
? Senior profile, at least 5 years of experience in the sector.
? Sectors and products: premium furniture brands.
? Prescription, technical sales
? Used to working in commercial teams
? Oriented to intensive commercial activity (high number of visits)
? Used to CRM reporting....
SKILLS AND PERSONAL PROFILE
? Salesperson with a technical profile, with great ability to deal with qualified
interlocutors (architects, interior designers, entrepreneurs, retailers, sales teams)
? Ability to manage assigned tools
? Ability to identify and manage business opportunities
? Open, communicative, active and participative person.
? Ability to connect personally with diverse interlocutors
? Social adaptability
? Organised, disciplined person
? Native italian
? English is a plus
