DACH Junior Territory Account Manager

For our DACH Manufacturing Team, we are currently looking for a Junior Territory Account Manager. Reporting to the Product Group Sales Leader, the role is responsible for selling to end-users products of the assigned product group, which will be either SIS Factory Automation or Laser marking, within the assigned territory in the DACH region.

Main Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets within the assigned area:

- Sell Industry Solutions/Products at premium price
- Establishing and overseeing internal budget with the company and external budget with the client
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training

Manage Customers’ relationships:
- Successful management of the existing customer base and acquisition of new customers
- Preparation and realization of presentations at the customer's premises
- Engage the appropriate level in the Customer Organization to understand the needs and correctly position Datalogic Offering
- Manage Contracts & Benefit Packages
- Manage the account plan, Perform visits, Manage Price Exceptions, Manage Sales Forecast, Sales Monitoring and KPIs
- Identify the needs of Special Product Requests (SPRs) engaging the Datalogic Technical Community and prioritizing Customer Technical Support activities

Contribute to product launches and Field marketing Activities:
- Provide high level inputs about the customer needs to the Industry and Product Marketing Managers
- Working with design, sales team, creative, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs are met.

Requirements:

Engineering or Economics Degree Native in German and fluent in English 1+ years of experience in technical sales in the automation industry Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Goal-oriented, organized team player Self-motivated and self-directed Excellent interpersonal relationship skills In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions Excellent verbal and written communication skill
