Roles & Objectives
As an Intern you will join Global Quality as part of our CoE (Center of Expertise) team in Crespellano, and work in close collaboration with other teams to maximize knowledge sharing and ensure standardization among the affiliates, while identifying quality corrective actions to nurture continuous improvement and reach the defined targets in terms of product quality and Cost of Quality.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Be an active member of the team Quality CoE team, join regular progress review meetings and present findings and results;
- Support the team in analyzing data, generate insights, draw conclusions and make recommendations on topics of Risk Assessment, Manufacturing processes, Quality etc;
- Contribute with internal and external stakeholders at both local and international level;
- Write regular reports on root cause analysis and how it can help to improve processes;
- Manage a small project autonomously from process mapping to final report;
- Contribute to overall projects managed by our CoE team.
Who we’re looking for
- Currently pursuing a degree in Chemistry, Physics, Engineering or similar;
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Italian is essential, and will be tested during the interview process;
- Well developed IT skills, as well as analytical ones;
- Basic knowledge on Quality processes and tools is a nice to have.
