Pietro Fiorentini S.p.A. is seeking a Lean Specialist to be based at the Rosate (MI) headquarters.

The candidate will join the Kaizen Promotion Office team and work in a dynamic, stimulating, and innovative environment. They will learn all principles of Lean thinking, not only from experienced colleagues but also from top global consultants who have long-standing collaborations with the company.

The learning of "lean" thinking will occur on the gemba, the place where value is created, enabling the candidate to identify waste (muda) and continuously improve the production process through projects based on the kaizen principle.





Main responsibilities as a Lean Specialist include:

- Analyzing processes to identify improvement opportunities and establishing plans to achieve objectives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's and/or master's degree in engineering and/or economics;
- Energy, enthusiasm, and initiative;
- Strong results orientation and determination;
- Good knowledge of English;

Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad.
