We are seeking a Domestic Sales Area Manager for the central and southern regions,



reporting to the Domestic Sales Director in Italy.

The role involves designing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand our customer base in the assigned areas.
The candidate will also build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding and partnering with clients.

Key Responsibilities include: Visiting clients for technical promotion of our products Managing sales across various brands and promoting our brand values Achieving sales targets, including price increases and managing overdue accounts Analyzing competitors' operations Developing market specifications and actions Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders Taking orders from clients Supporting and guiding sales agents and representatives Adhering to driving safety rules Collaborating with the Technical Office to develop tailored offers for clients Required Qualifications and Skills: Knowledge of the plastic sector is a plus Experience in sales and client management,



with strong familiarity with the assigned area and customer base Proficiency in English Availability to travel within the assigned region (southern and central Italy) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proactive, analytical, results-oriented mindset Customer-focused attitude, demonstrating availability, courtesy, and competence Aliaxis is committed to equal opportunity employment and values diversity.
