Category Specialist Personal CareWe are looking for a Category Specialist to join our Trade Marketing Personal Care function within the Home & Personal Care Business Unit, based at our HQ in Milan.
How You Make a DifferenceAs a Category Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire Bilboa category, aiming to maximize sell-out, sales, and profits by collaborating with planning, finance, marketing, and sales teams.
You will analyze market data, develop strategies, set measurable goals, and identify growth opportunities.
What Your Role EntailsDefine category plans for sell-in and sell-out,



managing trade levers affecting market share, IFRS, and SMEs.
Manage and optimize the category P&L;, overseeing investments and promotional policies.
Implement trade strategies including promotions, assortment, in-store visibility, and consumer activation.
Provide monthly volume forecasts.
Your TeamYou will report directly to the Senior Category Manager Omia & Bilboa within the Trade Marketing Personal Care team.
Candidate ProfileMaster's degree in Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
2-3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
Proficiency in Office, especially Excel.
Fluent in Italian and English.
