Job description

We are currently looking for a Senior Business Manager to join our team in Milano.
This is a unique opportunity to take on a key entrepreneurial role within Valuement,



in a fast-paced, international, and dynamic environment.
As a Senior Business Manager, you will be responsible for launching and developing a new consulting division, having full ownership over the Business Unit and its strategic direction.
Your missions

- Define and implement the commercial strategy for the new division.
- Launch and develop a consulting Business Unit from scratch.
- Manage the full P&L; and ensure the profitability and performance of the unit.
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of consultants and Business Managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at a strategic level.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth initiatives.
- Ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction across all projects.
Your profile

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to lead and build from the ground up.
- Strong background in consulting, business development, or similar roles.
- Experience in team leadership, project management,



and client engagement.
- Proven ability to manage P&L; and drive strategic growth.
- Fluent in Italian and English; French is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in launching new business units or managing high-impact projects is highly appreciated.
