We are seeking a Maître d'Hôtel for the upcoming spring/summer 2025 season to join our restaurant team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, with exceptional taste and customer service skills, and comfortable with challenges.

The Maître manages dining room operations,



oversees the front of house team, and ensures impeccable customer service at all times.
He/She reports to the Restaurant Manager.

Responsibilities Anticipate guest needs, handle complaints, and provide personalized service aligned with our standards.
Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager on staff development and manage daily operations according to standards.
Maintain professional relationships with guests and colleagues.
Requirements Effective communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability.
Teamwork and proactive assistance to colleagues.
Goal setting and resource management skills.
Respectful and inclusive attitude towards all staff and guests.
Ability to advise on pricing strategies as instructed by the Restaurant Manager.
Other Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within the luxury hotel industry.
Fluent in English and Italian; a third language is a plus.
Experience in fine dining at an international level preferred.
Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wines,



Italian HACCP certification.
Belmond and You Seasonal labor contract based on C.C.N.L.
Settore Turismo - Level 3, Maître.
Start: April 2025; End: November 2025, with potential for ongoing collaboration.
Gross monthly salary approximately €2,350, with additional allowances for 13th, 14th salaries, and TFR.
