What you'll achieve As a Senior Project Manager, you will be part of our successful project management team, managing, monitoring, and implementing IT projects for healthcare clients.
You will lead complex projects and work with high-value clients, contributing significantly to healthcare sector improvements.

Your responsibilities include: Managing client relationships in collaboration with sales management.




Ensuring project activities are aligned with expected timelines, costs, and revenues.
Managing project risks to anticipate problems and mitigate impacts.
Coordinating activities across company teams involved in project implementation.
Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities with clients.
Overseeing project progress and internal workflows with clients.
Managing project financials, including costs, revenues, profitability, and invoicing.
Qualifications and skills needed Strong knowledge of the hospital and healthcare market.
Experience managing complex IT projects in healthcare.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Ability to analyze and implement strategies for successful project delivery.
Proven leadership and team coordination skills.
Excellent negotiation skills with stakeholders.
Understanding of public health authority processes.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
Prince2 or PMP certification.




Desirable skills Knowledge of CAD and AGID guidelines for public administration.
Understanding of Consip conventions.
