As our new Project Leader , you will have the following responsibilities : 1.Lead end-to-end project execution , ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and deliverables. Manage planning, risk mitigation, and product qualification from concept to launch. 2.Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Quality, Production, Purchasing, Logistics) and external suppliers to define, qualify, and approve new products.



Maintain all technical and commercial documentation. 3.Drive problem-solving and decision-making across departments to keep projects on track. 4.Monitor project performance, provide regular updates to stakeholders , and implement corrective actions when necessary. This is what we're looking for in this role : 1.A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Energy Engineering (preferred). A Project Management certification or master's degree is a strong plus. 2.Previous experience in project management (at least 2years) , especially in HVAC, light commercial, or residential products , is highly valued. 3.Strong organizational and leadership skills to guide teams effectively. 4.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. 5.Familiarity with product qualification and compliance processes is a plus. We are looking for someone leaving near Feltre (BL).
