Were hiring motivated professionals to work in Customer Support and Content Moderation roles across various international projects and platforms.You'll provide user support and ensure content compliance, working alongside a diverse, high-performing team in a dynamic and international environment.What Youll Do Customer Support: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution Provide accurate product and service information Maintain excellent customer satisfaction levels Content Moderation: Review and evaluate user-generated content Enforce compliance with platform policies Escalate complex cases to specialized teams Ensure content quality, objectivity, and safety What Were Looking For Italian fluency (C1 or higher) English proficiency (minimum B2)
