Job Purpose MSC Cruises is the world's third-largest cruise brand and a leader in Europe, South America, the Gulf, and Southern Africa, with significant market share and capacity.
Headquartered in Geneva, MSC Cruises operates a modern fleet of 22 ships, with three new vessels launching in 2025, 2026, and 2027.

The DTC Business Development Director supports the Regional Sales Executive at GVA HQ in delivering revenue from main DTC channels : Web and Contact Center.

Key responsibilities include supporting direct sales strategies, setting channel-specific targets,



assisting in budgeting, transforming outbound operations into a sales advisory team, collaborating on OTA strategies, analyzing performance data, advising on digital marketing and promotions, benchmarking OTA websites, coordinating marketing activities, and supporting CRM campaigns.

Qualifications include fluency in English and Italian, with additional languages advantageous; a degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or related fields; 10+ years of digital marketing / ecommerce experience; performance marketing and travel industry experience are strong assets; proven track record in channel management and business growth; excellent stakeholder management, analytical, organizational, creative, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
