As an Italian-speaking Order Support Agent, you will manage and ensure smooth processing and resolution of customer orders for a company.
Responsibilities include monitoring order statuses, assessing and resolving order-related issues,

Provide feedback and suggestions to improve order support operations. Requirements:Italian C2 level English B2 level Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Self-sufficient & confident in troubleshooting basic issues related to order processing systems.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
EU Citizenship No previous experience required!
