As a Sr. Account Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team that competes to deliver world-class solutions and drive business growth.Responsibilities: Achieve the agreed sales target, driving business expansion and NPI launch.




Maintain an updated territory & actions plan; anticipate pipeline changes to address shortfalls.
Review the strategy efficiency on a continual basis.
Maintain a high level of knowledge in all the specific business aspects (technical, market, competitions, applications).
Consistently and accurately manage the sales process including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales tracking, using our customer relationship management program and other designated IT tools.
Build up reference sites and foster positive interactions with the most important Key Opinion Leaders. Qualification / Experience Required:Academic degree (minimum MSc) in biology/life sciences field, with experience in qPCR technology.
Preferred 1-4 years of sales experience.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Base preferred in Naples.
Valid driver's license. Skills / Behaviors Required:Oriented to develop and successfully implement strategies that drive growth.
Demonstrates a positive approach to collaboration and problem-solving,



both internally and with customers.
Outstanding collaboration skills to align across teams and organizations and develop partnerships.
