steering them from first contact to signed contract while consistently exceeding ambitious revenue KPIs.- Outbound recruiting Proactively hunt for top engineering talent via advanced sourcing tools, networking, and referrals, securing high acceptance rates and meeting aggressive headcount growth targets.- Consultant team management Lead, mentor, and motivate the consultants you deploy on client projects, driving utilisation, billability, and client satisfaction while supporting each engineer’s career progression.- KPI‑driven performance & meritocracy Track and own critical business metrics—revenue, margin, utilisation—and thrive in a culture where recognition and growth are earned through measurable results.What we offerComponent Details:Base salary€35.000 gross annual (RAL)Variable bonus€10.000 – €25.000 in year 1,
