Primary Responsibilities Include
Developing HR strategy by identifying human resource needs, anticipating future requirements, and creating effective policies at Splendido,



while also considering the unique staffing demands driven by the hotel's seasonal operations
Recruiting and selecting top-tier candidates for all positions within the hotel, as well as making recommendations for hiring decisions.
This includes proactive recruitment strategies to address peak season needs
Facilitating employee onboarding and orientation to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
Managing performance, employee relations, and engagement through conflict management, open communication, and team-building initiatives
Serving as a collaborator with the Divisional HR team, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals and initiatives
Managing and reporting on HR metrics and activities through Belmond and LVMH systems, providing timely and accurate data to support decision-making

Requirements
You are an experienced HR Manager with a background in the hospitality field.
What You Bring
At least 6 years of professional experience in HR roles
Experience in the hospitality industry at managerial level




Knowledge of employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and HR management
Experience creating and leading employee development and training
Preferred experience with Zucchetti payroll systems
Proven experience in managing and developing a team
Fluency in both Italian and English is mandatory
