Our client, a leading company in the gas processing industry, is seeking a Sales Associate to join their team. As a Sales Associate, you will be part of the Sales Department supporting the Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have high energy, organizational skills, and a great attitude, which will align successfully with the organization.
Job Title: Territory Sales Manager
Location: Midland/Odessa
Pay Range: $30 to $40 an hour -- Work from Home
What’s the Job?
- Grow distribution channels
- Perform corporate sales and plant sales on the road
- Lead initial calls (cold calls) and semi-qualify/qualify leads (warm calls)
- Coordinate and lead follow-up discovery calls, including scheduling calls, taking notes,
listing action items, and following up until the lead is closed
- Log notes and opportunities into CRM
What’s Needed?
- Basic written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends, due to varying freight volumes
- Dock or warehouse experience in the transportation industry
- Experience loading and unloading trailers
