you will be involved within multifunctional teams working at customer sites to implement digital transformation projects for Supply Chain, Manufacturing Execution, Performance Management processes. Specifically, you will be tasked with: Rethink the operating models of key business functions (with a specific focus on the Extended Supply Chain) by redesigning processes, revising the organizational structure and evaluating new technologies to support the Business; Assess the impacts and expected benefits of initiatives identified through business cases and monitor pre- and post-transformation performance; Lead and coordinate complex Business and Digital Transformation programs with Program, Project & Change Management initiatives; Come AsYouAre - Your skills and characteristics This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have: a Master’s degree in Management Engineering , earned with excellent grades; PLM knowledge is appreciated; Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package.
