Specifically, when you join theSupply Chain & Operations team inMilan ,



you will be involved within multifunctional teams working at customer sites to implement digital transformation projects for Supply Chain, Manufacturing Execution, Performance Management processes.

Specifically, you will be tasked with:

- Rethink the operating models of key business functions (with a specific focus on the Extended Supply Chain) by redesigning processes, revising the organizational structure and evaluating new technologies to support the Business;
- Assess the impacts and expected benefits of initiatives identified through business cases and monitor pre- and post-transformation performance;
- Lead and coordinate complex Business and Digital Transformation programs with Program, Project & Change Management initiatives;

- a Master’s degree inManagement Engineering , earned with excellent grades;
- PLM knowledge is appreciated;
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package.
- An excellent knowledge of English ,
