To take our company to the next level, we are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineering Manager to join the Tech team and drive innovation in the mental health market.

- Manage and lead a team of around 5-8 engineers, ensuring they are motivated and empowered to achieve their goals, and fostering a culture of continuous feedback.




- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and other engineering teams to define and deliver strategies for improving Unobravo’s patient experience and increasing access to mental health support.
- Ensure your team focuses on delivering impact through data-driven experimentation.
- Lead a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering team, encouraging innovation, staying ahead of industry trends, and implementing best practices and process improvements.
- Engage in communication with stakeholders, including executive leadership, providing clear guidance and creating focus for your team.
- Maintain technical proficiency and stay updated on relevant technologies, contributing code or architectural insights as needed to meet team goals.
- Previous experience as a Software Engineering Manager in growth or direct-to-consumer product teams, optimizing user journeys and building high-trust product experiences.




- Experience working closely with product managers and cross-functional teams, sharing accountability for success.
- Strong knowledge of technologies for web and mobile applications, including TypeScript, Node.js, ReactNative, and AWS.
- A business-oriented mindset to ensure maximum impact for patients, therapists, and the business.
- Experience leading a data-driven decision-making process, leveraging analytical tools and experimentation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and autonomy.
- Significant experience managing people in product-focused engineering teams.
