E-COMMERCE STORE & CONTENT SPECIALIST

as a maternity cover based in

MILAN .





The resource will be responsible for managing the store & content management tasks, and monitoring the quality of online store Valentino.com

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibility for defining requirements and following testing phase of new projects and features Production of dedicated reports for monitoring some key features (e.g. back in stock) Contribute to monitor and enhance customer services to achieve the best customer experience for Valentino Clients Contribute to setup a quarterly benchmarking analysis to stay aware and updated on competitors strategy Work with internal stakeholders and external partners/suppliers to optimize site navigation, customer journey, checkout funnel and product placement to grow conversion rate and online sales Collaborate with different teams to share and collect all the keys strategic information to achieve business goals: Digital Marketing, Customer Care, CRM, Client Advisor, merchandising, logistic,



etc Be responsible of all operational tasks in Adobe Experience and quality checks on frontend website to validate the customer journey excellence Be responsible of all content activities as Home Page, Landing Pages, Ccare Area, Legal area, ect Supporting activity before, during and after the fashion Show Events Be responsible of the quality of the online store, assuring the site dressing tasks to follow the commercial calendar activities

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in a dynamic, multitasking role within the e-commerce sector Strong skills in content management, with a solid understanding of store management Good working knowledge of Content Management Systems — ideally Adobe Experience Manager, though experience with other platforms is also valued Fluency in both English and Italian,



with excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting related to online store performance Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, solution-driven approach
