Your New RoleReporting to the Head of Sales, you will manage customer and prospect relationships, selling our products and services within Italy, France, Croatia,



and North-West Africa.
Your focus will include meeting personal sales targets, developing new business, maintaining customer relationships, and resolving specific customer issues within our Marine division.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a sales plan to achieve revenue retention, growth, and new business within your customer portfolio.Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main contact for customer concerns and needs.Expand your professional network within the industry, representing Survitec at events and enhancing our market visibility.Configure product and service solutions, including contractual terms, to meet customer needs, negotiating within predefined commercial parameters.Utilize CRM systems effectively to plan sales activities and generate reports.Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customers and strengthen external relationships.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, regulatory standards,



and industry best practices.Engage in continuous personal development through training and coaching.This role offers opportunities for growth and pride in your work.

Qualifications and SkillsUniversity degree preferred.Minimum of 3 years sales experience; experience in the marine/shipping sector is a plus.Ability to multitask effectively.Strong communication skills in English and Italian; French is a bonus.Proficiency with spreadsheets and CRM tools like Salesforce.Attention to detail and organizational skills.How to ApplyFor more information about this role, please contact us via LinkedIn.
