Siamo alla ricerca di una figura professionale da inserire nel team Legal Public Sector per lo svolgimento di attività relative al diritto degli appalti pubblici e agli obblighi in materia di anticorruzione e trasparenza, al trattamento dei dati personali nel settore pubblico (GDPR) e alla digitalizzazione della pubblica amministrazione (Codice dell'Amministrazione Digitale).
In particolare, le attività saranno svolte con la pubblica amministrazione e organismi similari nei seguenti ambiti:

contratti pubblici di lavori, servizi e forniture (D.lgs.
n. 36/2023);trattamento dei dati personali nel settore pubblico (Regolamento UE 679/2016 – GDPR, D.lgs.
n. 196/2003);pubblica amministrazione digitale, e-procurement, sanità digitale e, in generale, digitalizzazione dei procedimenti amministrativi e gestione della relativa documentazione (D.lgs.
n.



82/2005);obblighi previsti dalla normativa anticorruzione e trasparenza (Legge n. 190/2012 e D.lgs.
n. 33/2013);disciplina delle società a partecipazione pubblica (D.lgs.
n. 179/2016).

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se possiedi:

laurea magistrale in Giurisprudenza con votazione finale pari ad almeno 105/110;esperienzaminima di 4 anni maturata presso primari studi legali, società a partecipazione pubblica o enti pubblici in uno o più degli ambiti sopra indicati;abilitazione alla professione forense o pratica forense completata;buona conoscenza di Microsoft Office;eccellenti capacità relazionali e di lavoro in team;ottime capacità organizzative,



spirito d'iniziativa e problem solving;forte motivazione alla crescita professionale;approccio flessibile e dinamico.

We are looking for a professional to join the Legal Public Sector team to carry out activities relating to public procurement law and anti-bribery and transparency requirements, the processing of personal data in the public sector (GDPR) and the digitalisation of the public administration (Digital administration code).
Specifically, these activities will be carried out with the public administration and similar bodies in respect of the following fields and areas:

public works, service and supply contracts (Legislative decree no.
36/2023);processing of personal data in the public sector (Regulation (EU) 679/2016 – GDPR, Legislative decree no.
196/2003);the digital public administration, e-procurement, e-health and, in general, the digitalisation of administrative procedures and the management of the related documentation (Legislative decree no.




82/2005);obligations pursuant to anti-bribery and transparency regulations (Law no.
190/2012 and Legislative decree no.
33/2013);rules governing state-owned companies (Legislative decree no.
179/2016).

Come As You Are – Your Skills And Qualifications

This opportunity is perfect for you if you have:

a master's degree in law with final marks of at least 105/110;experience with large law firms, state-owned companies or public bodies in one or more of the subjects relevant to this notice;already be practising as a lawyer or be certified to practice as a lawyer;a good knowledge of Microsoft Office;excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;excellent organisational skills,



an ability to take initiative and problem solving abilities;strong motivation to grow professionally;flexible and dynamic approach.
