Senior Frontend Developer (On-site)

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to join our team in Lancaster, PA. This role involves hands-on development and serving as the technical lead for our frontend projects. You will focus on enhancing our Angular-based ERP system, working directly with end-users and leadership to translate business needs into effective frontend solutions. You will report to the VP of Sales & Marketing and collaborate closely with him to set project priorities and direction.

Responsibilities :

- Lead Frontend Development : Architect, design, and implement scalable frontend solutions for our ERP system,



transitioning to Angular.
- Hands-On Coding : Develop complex components, optimize performance, and improve UI/UX.
- User Interaction : Engage with end-users to understand their needs, ensuring a user-friendly frontend.
- Collaborate with Leadership : Work with the VP of Sales & Marketing to align development with business goals.
- Set Standards and Best Practices : Establish frontend standards, code quality guidelines, and mentor junior developers.
- Continuous Improvement : Suggest architectural and UX enhancements, staying updated with Angular trends.

Required Skills and Experience :
- 5+ years of frontend development experience, with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong proficiency in Angular v10+, including performance optimization.
- Experience in modular architecture design.
- UI/UX expertise in creating intuitive, responsive interfaces.
- Experience with lean dependency projects.
- Ability to collaborate with backend and database teams, especially SQL Server.




- Self-management skills to independently handle tasks and deliver quality results.

Preferred Skills :
- Familiarity with ASP.NET MVC or similar backend frameworks.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency with Git and code review processes.
