The company is specialized in manufacturing of raw materials and ingredients for the cosmetic and personal care industry.

We are assisting them in recruiting a new Junior Sales Specialist who, coached by the Sales Director, will progressively take over the key national accounts and clients across Northen Europe !

The position is open to all candidates based in Lombardy!

Key Responsibilities:





- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Support senior sales representatives by preparing sales presentations and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and inquiries effectively.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our products and gain market insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree either in: Business, Marketing, or a related field / Chemical Science, C.T.F, Material Science or a related field
- Previous experience, in sales or R&D; (internships included), in the cosmetics and personal care industry or other chemical raw materials/ingredients
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events




- Fluent English (good command of additional languages is a plus)
