Overview of the Role
We are seeking a Strategy & Business Development Intern starting in October 2025.
The intern’s primary role will be to support strategic initiatives and business development activities, contributing to the firm’s growth and market positioning.
The role will focus on conducting market research, analyzing industry dynamics, supporting the evaluation of potential partnerships,
and contributing to the development of strategic plans across Europe.
You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, providing insights, and supporting the execution of strategic projects that drive business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Analyze business models, industry trends, and growth opportunities
- Support sales activities, including lead generation, and client presentations
- Assist in the management of the sales pipeline and monitoring of key performance indicators
- Contribute to the evaluation of potential partnerships, clients, and market entry opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategic priorities with business development and sales initiatives
- Prepare strategic and commercial materials for both internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Economics, Management, Finance, Engineering, or related fields (or close to completion)
- Strong analytical,
problem-solving, and communication skills
- Commercial mindset and interest in sales dynamics
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office 365 suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in both English and Italian (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Availability to work on-site
