In this role, you are the first point of contact for MAG45’s Global Key Account Thermo Fisher at their Pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Monza. You represent MAG45 within the Customer site, making sure the customer is satisfied and our good reputation is in place.
**A typical workday of a Customer Site Manager will look like this**:
**Manage your team and operational/process activities**:
During your working day, you will manage your team of warehouse employees at the site of our customer (Thermo Fisher) by coaching and motivating them in order to achieve the best results. You will prioritize actions and manage the total workload, monitor KPIs, analyze improvement points and take action based on your analysis.



You will evaluate more difficult operational questions and translate them into operational processes. You will manage our VMI and kitting solutions and manage deviations.
**Sales and technical activities**:
Throughout every day you will have close contact with our customer, Thermo Fisher. For example, you will perform technical checks on the machinery to identify alternative parts that are used in the machinery or follow up on complaints, and additional agreements, but also create offers and follow-up on quotations. You will be responsible for the administrative handling of orders and quotations, creating and following up on quotations, and handling issues.
You have a sharp eye for commercial possibilities and will liaise often with our internal account manager.
You report to the Country Manager hierarchically but your day-to-day reporting will be to the Account Manager of Thermo Fisher. Our solid growth ambition creates a healthy frenzy. But this also offers you the opportunity to undertake and pioneer.

**The role of Customer Site Manager is made for you if**:

- You have completed a bachelor's education preferably in the technical domain;
- You have between 3 to 5 years of (international) experience in working in warehouse management with a strong focus on customer service;
- Have demonstratable experience in leading a team and working within multidisciplinary project teams;
- You have a good command of the Italian and English languages;
- You are an experienced user of MS Office (Excel, Access) and know your way around ERP systems;
- You have strong communication skills; you know how to effectively communicate on different levels within an organization you work closely with colleagues and suppliers.
