Role Summary The Creative Services Director for VML Health EU Hub is a pivotal role responsible for driving creative excellence, operational efficiency, and fostering a collaborative and innovative creative environment. This role requires a dynamic and highly organized individual with a passion for healthcare communications and a proven track record of managing creative resources, processes, and initiatives. The Creative Services Director will be a key partner to the EU Hub's creative leadership, helping to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of outstanding work that goes beyond client expectations and moves our business, and the industry, forward.This role will also be responsible for championing the VML Health brand, culture, and values within the creative team. Key Responsibilities Creative Operations & Resource Management: Oversee the allocation,



management and utilisation of our diverse and EU-wide creative talent (e.G., designers, copywriters, art directors) across multiple global and local accounts and projects.
