About:

Responsibilities:

- Overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running
- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve individual and store sales objectives
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management
- Develop loyalty with clients by building long-lasting relationships

Requirements:





- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role from luxury environment
- Exceptional communication skills, energetic, organised, proactive approach and with an influential personality
- The ability to lead and motivate others is key to success
- English language is a must

Offering:

- Salary up to €50000 based on experience
- MBO + uniform
