Our customers range from local enterprises and project developers to large international power producers and grid operators.To strengthen our capabilities in Quality and Process Engineering,
we are looking for a motivated student to join our Quality team at the Vestas Blades Italia production plant in Taranto.The Quality and Process Engineering department is responsible for the entire quality and process of the production lines, and plays a key role in continuous improvement initiatives, particularly in reducing reworks and scrap costs.As an intern, you will work closely with our engineers, operations team, and various stakeholders across the factory. The department embraces an open and informal culture, where teamwork and communication are essential. This position offers you the chance to experience first-hand how your future career as an engineer could look like after graduation.ResponsibilitiesSupporting quality and process monitoring activities across production linesContributing to the optimization of technical processes, focusing on efficiency, safety, and cost of poor qualityAssisting in problem-solving initiatives and root cause analysisParticipating in planning and management tasks,
with an emphasis on process improvement and complianceCollaborating with different departments across the Vestas value chain on ad hoc projectsYou Will Also Have The Opportunity To Learn AboutBlades manufacturing processes and productsISO 9001 quality management systemsStructured problem-solving methodologiesCross-functional collaboration in a global industrial environmentQualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Materials, or Electronic preferred).
