About The Role

As a Data Center Manager in ADSIPL, you will get to manage the world’s largest Cloud Computing Infrastructure in India. We encounter interesting, challenging & complex problems every day, being a technical manager in ADSIPL means that you can innovate to solve these issues and help drive Operations Excellence in all areas of your role.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing and developing teams of engineers, providing both technical and leadership expertise and ensuring highest levels of performance.
- Maintaining existing co-located and in-house Data Centers.
- Helping build and bring online new Data Centers.
- Constantly improving all our processes and procedures.




- Assisting & managing relationships with external vendors & contractors.
- Liaising with internal teams & management groups.
- Ensuring we adhere to and exceed local Health & Safety standards in all our Data Centers.
- Creating and maintaining metrics on all aspects of our Data Centers and utilizing those metrics to drive positive changes.
- Assisting in implementing service methodologies including incident management, problem management, change management, capacity management, etc.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
- 4+ years of data center engineering or operations experience.




- 3+ years of managing IT technical teams with significant personnel management experience and examples of developing engineers and building successful teams.
- Proven management of a team of at least 5 individuals over at least 3 years.
- Experience with Incident, Change, Fault management and leverages Kaizen/Lean/Six Sigma principles.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety and ability to positively influence safety culture.
- Strong vendor management experience with external vendors, contractors and security companies.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or equivalent STEM field.
- 1+ years of Agile methods and processes experience.
- Experience in capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or similar.
- Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma concepts.




- Experience implementing change management successfully transitioning programs into large-scale operations.
