balancing regulatory compliance with the dynamism of a scale-up. This crucial role is not limited to operational accounting; you will be the reference point for exploring and managing Subsidized Finance (Finanza Agevolata) , a strategic area to support our growth and R& D projects. Your mission will be to keep our administrative structure solid, efficient, and ready to scale internationally, directly contributing to the company's financial health.Key Responsibilities General Accounting and Tax Compliance: Manage the active and passive accounting cycle, general ledger entries, bank reconciliation, and VAT settlement. Ensure the correct maintenance of accounting records and periodic and annual tax compliance. Operational Administrative Support: Coordinate document flow, support electronic invoicing management, and assist with periodic and annual financial closings. Treasury Management: Monitor operational cash flows and support the management of relationships with credit institutions. Strategic Subsidized Finance: Identify,
analyze, and manage opportunities for financing, grants, and tax incentives (e.g., R& D Tax Credit) relevant to Spoki's activities. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare the necessary documentation for subsidized finance applications and support the CFO with accurate administrative reports.Compliance and Procedures: Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative and accounting procedures, ensuring full compliance with current regulations.Experience & Skills4+ years of proven experience in general or administrative accounting roles, preferably in dynamic business environments or advanced professional firms.Solid knowledge of national accounting principles (OIC)
and Italian tax regulations.Experience or strong interest in the mechanisms of Subsidized Finance , with a proactive approach to seeking opportunities. Excellent proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Sheets for analysis and reporting.Precision, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.Ability to manage deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Competence in using management software (ERP).Proficient in English (written and spoken).AI tools use is a strong plus.What We OfferA key role in tax and financial optimization within a high-potential scale-up.Competitive compensation: €28.000–€38.000 gross/year, with possible performance-based adjustments.Working on site: San Vito dei Normanni, BRCoaching & Mentoring: continuous 1:1 support and structured feedback sessions.Tech Gear:
