Teamlead Size & Fit (f/m/d)

To support our Milan Studio team we are searching for a Teamlead Size & Fit (f/m/d) to be based in our Milan studio.
What You Will Do

- Manage and lead the S&F; department and its team
- Mentor the core and freelancer teams to ensure targets and deadlines are achieved while producing reliable and accurate S&F; information at all times
- Support the Production Coordinators with recruiting of the S&F; freelancers
- Align with Head of Styling and Production Coordinators on model bookings, model rotation within the schedule and model guidelines
- Support the S&F; Specialists with the daily review of their shooting lists, in advance, to ensure all sizes are the correct fit for the model they will work with




- Cooperate with the Head of Styling and TL’s to ensure mutual goals are achieved as well as having blockers discussed in order to have a smooth workflow
- If required be able to cover on set as a S&F; Specialist

Who You Are

- 5 years experience working within the S&F; field as a manager
- Credible source of knowledge when it comes to S&F; as well as fabrics and its technicalities
- Knowledge of Women and Menswear international sizing
- Expert within the Denim and tailoring categories
- An example to be followed in terms of work ethic and professionalism
- Resilient with a problem solving mentality, able to work in a fast past environment
- English written and verbal skills
- Computer literate
