and quality controlRecruitment: You have control over building your team and seek the right talent for your locationFleet Management: You always have an overview of the local vehicle fleet for rental and sales: documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and coordination with local service partnersCustomer Consultation: You advise customers on our products, myroadsurfer, abo, spots, and rent, and send them out as happy roadsurfers on the roads of Europe
Successfully completed training or studies in a relevant subject area or comparable qualificationAt least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in areas such as car rental, tourism, or similar - career changers are welcomeExperience in leading employees or teams is advantageousHigh service and customer orientation with a friendly and open demeanorYou are a hands-on and effective communicatorYou are a resilient problem solver and highly organizedYou speak excellent english,
