and the chance to contribute meaningfully from day one.The RoleAs an Associate, you will play a key role in the execution of transactions and financial advisory projects across:M&A; (buy-side and sell-side)Project financingVenture capital and debt fundraisingFinancial modelling and valuationMarket research and strategic analysisYou will work closely with senior team members while taking ownership of core analytical and execution workstreams.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, adapt and manage complex financial models (e.g. project finance, LBO, M&A; structures)Analyse key investment drivers and perform sensitivity and scenario analysisConduct financial statement analysis, identifying trends and KPIsSupport the preparation of valuation materials and investment documentationCreate pitch decks, teasers, and marketing materialsAssist in the preparation of information memoranda, due diligence packs,
and presentationsParticipate in client meetings and transaction executionPerform market research and industry analysisCandidate Profile4–5 years’ experience in M&A;, corporate finance, or structured advisory (ideally within energy, infrastructure, or related sectors)Strong financial modelling and valuation expertiseAbility to independently prepare analysis, company profiles, and transaction mate
