The role is focused on the development and industrialization of innovative materials and compounds for btruck tyre applications /b, working at the intersection of laboratory research, industrial processes, and supplier collaboration. /p pIf you are passionate about materials, polymers, and innovation—and you enjoy turning laboratory data into real industrial solutions—this could be the right opportunity for you. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as a btechnical interface with raw material suppliers /b, supporting material selection, validation, and innovation. /li liPerform bchemical and physical characterization /b of raw materials and compounds, using advanced laboratory methodologies and technologies. /li libDevelop compounds for truck tyre applications /b, managing the process from laboratory development through industrialization. /li liCarry out breverse engineering activities /b, analyzing competitor products to assess strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning. /li liRead, interpret, and contribute to technical patents related to innovative materials for tyre applications.
/li liWork in close collaboration with bProcurement, Quality, Industrialization, Product Development, and Testing /b teams. /li liContribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the Materials RD area. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster’s Degree in Chemistry or a PhD in a related field. /li liExperience in the bchemical or polymer industry /b. /li liStrong knowledge of bchemical reactions, synthesis, and material characterization techniques /b. /li liGood command of the bMS Office suite /b. /li liFluency in bItalian and English /b. /li liKnowledge of bChinese /b is considered a plus. /li liPragmatic and flexible, comfortable working across bHQ and industrial plant environments /b. /li liHighly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
